Southern trees bear a strange fruit
Strange fruit hanging from the poplar trees
The bulging eyes and the twisted mouth
Here is a strange and bitter crop.

I was near never so moved at hearing Billie Holiday singing “Strange Fruit”. I made then after, a “BEANz” style sketch… After scanning and editing in GIMP, I accidentally made it with a black background. And I figured that that was a sign. (Not religious in any way, just some shit in my brain…)
